We are working on the collections portion of the site. Please pardon our dust!

The collection of the Cornell Fine Arts Museum is typical of a college museum, its idiosyncratic growth defined by the parent institution and by geography.  Most donors are Rollins alumni and Winter Park residents, a tightknit group of supporters who recognize the lasting value of their education or appreciate the learning environment created by the presence of the college in the community. Their different aesthetic and cultural preferences and the broad range of media, periods and styles has resulted in a diverse and necessarily eclectic collection, today numbering more than 5,600 works spanning many centuries, from examples of ancient art and artifacts to contemporary art.

792 works have been added since 2012. Since 2015 acquisition priorities have focused on expanding the Museum’s collection of works by African American, Latino, and women artists.
